We provide door-to-door service for all purchases within Hong Kong. We only ship the purchases to Hong Kong address only. Charges and conditions stated as follows:

Remarks : The duration of delivery is around 7 working days. No delivery in Holidays, Typhoon No.8 or Black Rainstorm signal.

You may return products sold by us no more than 7 days on receipt of your order (based on the delivery record), and upon pre-approval from us. Please note that we do offer exchanges or refund only if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

Exchange & Refund :

HABA Hong Kong Limited provides a 7 day goods return guarantee. If customers find deficiency with the product or wish to return, you may inquire via telephone or make an appointment for a refund / exchange.

Please note that before providing a refund for any returned product, we will first verify its condition. All Non-returnable items will neither receive refund nor return to you.

**You can only return product for once per receipt. Generally No Refund is accepted. 5% service charge at the time of purchase is for PayDollar or other credit card services, NOT an additional charge by HABA Hong Kong Limited; therefore, refund of a product will be at the product´s original price.**

Returnable items

1. Please return goods with original packing and all related item in original condition.
2. 7 days goods return policy is applicable on Online ordering.
3. Any item purchased Online must be returned at our office location.

Non-returnable items

We DO NOT ACCEPT returns of products under certain conditions, including:

1. Any product that is returned more than 7 days after receipt.
2. Any product that has been opened or used (taken out of its plastic wrap or box).
3. Customers have skin allergy after using our products.
4. Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
5. Any discount, clearance or sales product.
6. Any free gift product, accessory and samples.
7. Any product purchased on our shop but cannot provide original invoice or already exchanged before.

*We guarantee that all products sold at HABA Hong Kong Limited are authentic. If you find products which are defective and wish to return it, we will send the product back to original source for testing and verification. This process may take up to 6 weeks. If product is proven to be a manufacturer´s defect, we are happy to offer a refund for the product or service.

**If customers have skin allergy after using our products and request to exchange. We will only accept exchange if customers can provide medical report or evidence, however, we will not take any responsibility of any problem or expenses incurred.

Transaction complete :

If customers do not apply for return or refund within 7 days of receipt of your purchase, it means the transaction is completed. We will NOT take any responsibility of this transaction and will NOT accept any refund or return request.
